Leadership at Canyon Ridge is more than a task, a position, or a list of names. To us, leadership is a Biblical way to develop relationships between the people in the church which results in people growing in "The 5 Practices of the Path." Thereby, becoming the hands and feet of Jesus to one another, our city, and the world. We call this Group Leadership. We are committed to ensure that every group leader in the church is:
- Cared for by a dedicated leader
- Connected with others in authentic, life-giving community
- Urged to grow in the likeness of Christ
- Able to access the tools, resources and training necessary to lead their group
- Able to understand the role of leadership regardless of where they are serving
