 is a 5-day high school only event
held all over the country,
designed to amplify
the call of Christ on student lives to become
Kingdom workers for the sake of the Gospel.
There is awesome worship, relevant speakers,
D-group times, the beach, and a lot more.
We get there by charter buses and we will be taking over 100 students this year.
This year MOVE is about what happens when
normal people jump into God's
radical plans.
Told through the eyes of five Biblical characters,

2011 will showcase the story of God's

experience God and his word in a way that transforms their lives.  |
Financial
It is our hope that finances are not a hindrance for
you getting to camp. We try our hardest to get the
price of camp down as low as we can but we know
it can still be expensive. On this page you will find

Our student ministry at Canyon Ridge wants to lead Middle School and High School students to LOVE GOD first and foremost in their life, LIVE TOGETHER in solid relationships, and LEAD OTHERS to experience the same full life in Jesus. One thing that has been a catalyst to that vision in the past has been a week-long summer camp experience. This gives students a tangible picture of what life can look like if they live it for God first. MOVE, the conference that we attend each year, is a high energy camp experience focused on connecting students to God and others through passionate worship, high-impact teaching, authentic relationships, and nonstop fun. It’s a week that Middle School and High School students don’t want to miss!
WHEN
Monday June 21 – Friday June 25
Students can check in at Canyon Ridge on Monday, June 21 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm and can be picked up there on Friday, June 25 at 5:00 pm.
WHERE
Christ in Youth (CIY) puts on high-impact conferences all over the country for students. Beginning last summer, CIY agreed to allow Canyon Ridge to host their Move summer conference. The benefit for our church family is that we are able to offer this week-long event for only $195 per student through May 11. Our staff team has worked hard on behalf of families in our church to keep the cost as low as possible in response to the sluggish economy.
WHO
All students entering 6th grade, graduating high school seniors, and everyone in between can come. We know that Middle School and High School audiences are very different. As often as possible, we will keep these groups separate to create age-appropriate environments in which the specific needs of both groups can be addressed.
