The Path
As a church, we believe that God calls us to be constantly seeking ways of growing spiritually closer to Him. Here at Canyon Ridge, we believe a great avenue for that spiritual growth is something we call The Path. The Path identifies five values, that if practiced, will enhance your walk with God.
Attend One/Worship
We were made for worship. God put it in our hardwiring to long to connect with Him on the deepest levels. Our high value for worship at Canyon Ridge springs from this fact.
Quiet Time (QT)/Discipleship
Discipleship is at the heart of living as a God First Person. We associate the daily practice of quiet time with this value, but there are other practices that will draw a growing Believer into deeper discipleship, as well.
Group One/Community
It is here, in our groups, that life at Canyon Ridge truly happens. Although corporate worship on the weekends is also of high value, we encourage you to join a group to grow in the family of Christ and truly know and understand what God intends community to be.
Serve One/Volunteer
God First People find ways to express their love for Him by using their gifts and skills in meaningful and effective service. We're here to be a resource to you as you search out those gifts and develop them in the serving opportunity you feel God is leading you to.
Invest & Invite (I2)/Outreach
At Canyon Ridge, our heart for outreach flows from our passion to joining with God's heart to seek and save people that do not know Him. Whether that be our neighbors or someone on the other side of the world.
