As followers of Jesus, we acknowledge: All we are and all that we have are not ours, but God’s. That countercultural perspective changes the way we see opportunities to partner with God. This is important because, as we’ll see in 1 Chronicles 29, generosity is a primary way for people to see a move of God once again. Rebuilding the temple was an outward expression of rebuilding the temple of God’s people gathered together. Let’s dive in!
